The last time it was un-horserelated.
The school I was at were awful to us and the teachers there are really inappropriate. But its the only school in our town...
They also discriminated against English kids, which I am obviously.
I fought for the kids there, like a crazy person.
I hate some of the thing s I did.. I hate myself for hitting the older kids and being so rude but I HAD to.. for the little ones.
Eventually I left

One day I swear I'll get her back.. one day. It will happen! I just need time

Also, I feel like you have evidence - passport, photos/videos of your riding vs her riding, the fact that they go her back without permission, etc.

You could just show them proof...

We could take her to court for fraud as well but I don't know if we have enough evidence and I'm a minor so I'd need parental approval and my parents don't want to fight either.
