| It's so awkward trying to get people to leave that won't! I've been threatened to have my head punched in because I was watching a known thief. It didn't stop me watching him around the store. Saw him picked things and asked him to leave . He caused a hell of scene that people called the police. Luckily my coworker had my back that he went outside yelling and threatening people |

| Tristan was the kids name. Because they (the kids) would be screaming and the dad would say "tristan" calmly on repeat. My manager got them to leave once they acted so snobby like our store was beneath them all of sudden |

| We do have signs though 🙃 Because it is an issue quite frequently and there have been multiple times we have our fish all die because of something on the kids hands that gets in the ponds |
