| our first evening was in Haifa. When I saw the sandy beach and the waves there I immediately went to change in my swimsuit and threw myself into the water. I love swimming in waves! That was awesome and only one of the great places we went to in Israel. |

| lol, it was great, although I didn't even want to go at that time. I had just come home from the summer holidays with my parents and was peopled out and just wanted to stay in my room for a while! My 19th birthday was on the 2nd day of the trip. |

| I spent 3 days in Jerusalem as a part of a week long school trip in 1997. It was very impressive! We got to see tons of stuff, since the teacher we went with had a history of travelling there almost every year with classes, so he knew lots of people and we had a German guide who had married a local man so she was speaking both languages. |
