| I had my American friend over here in 2022. We met on tumblr in 2017 and developed a friendship up to the point I invited her. Was actually planned in 2021 already, but we weren't sure how smart that would be with the Corona regulations constantly changing. As far as I know she enjoyed it here - and picked up a lot of recipes and food culture along the way xD |

| our first evening was in Haifa. When I saw the sandy beach and the waves there I immediately went to change in my swimsuit and threw myself into the water. I love swimming in waves! That was awesome and only one of the great places we went to in Israel. |

| lol, it was great, although I didn't even want to go at that time. I had just come home from the summer holidays with my parents and was peopled out and just wanted to stay in my room for a while! My 19th birthday was on the 2nd day of the trip. |
