Can i just say, I have the best luck! Bred an EWE colt, my first ever W with a PEE and WWE and he's good colour AND he came out Knabby not SH |

gene test is the safest option, yes, but if the appy has patterns there's often different looks for homo and hetero appy in PATN2 and in PATN1 leopard is always Lplp (hetero appy), while snowcap and fewspot are always LpLp(homo appy) - so these will always give appy foals |

hmm just came back from a little walk and the TV is on, guess the ghost wanted to watch the news lol |
Santana Rising |
KNNs are a tricky breed. They MUST be Lp (appy) to be a KNN. For fillies this is enough and colts need to be a patterned appy at that (Lp + PATN gene), otherwise they come out as SH |
Valhalla Acreage |
KNN sire X KNN dam = KNN foal IF a filly has LP or a colt has LP and PATN. If a foal doesn't meet these criteria, it will be a SH |
