| Thank you storm and KNN I don't know if it's allergies or being sick. All the mucus is clear so it could be a cold. I am sweating up a storm at night, and swallowing all the mucus is making me feel bla 😠|

| The saline misters (they sell them at my grocery store) you stick up your nose, really help lol. It's a little weird at first but its a huge help for congestion and allergies |

| Every time I would lay back my nose would become clogged or I'd start coughing up a storm. Then once my nose cleared up every time I was about asleep I'd feel sick to my stomach. I just laid their all night. |
