| One of my dogs was poorly bred and so struggles with different anxiety issues from her first 8 weeks of growing up which causes her to be anxious around children, storms, loud noises. She's often wetting the bed and spends her time doing circles around the door.. we've been getting her help and she's much better |

| I'd say it's more a combination of fault, but that's just me. People breeding crappy animals, animals being aggressive, and owners who either don't train or believe their "precious baby" could never harm a fly |

| Yes, however, the people that breed them should be making sure the dogs their breeding together aren't aggressive or a threat. Very few dogs are truly messed up with proper breeding, checks and balances in place. |
