| bought some sourdough starter today and omg y'all I am SO excited about this. there's so much that you can do with both the discard and the starter itself. and it's pretty hard to kill and replenishes itself so it's a $9 gift to myself that will keep on giving for literally forever, I've seen 100+ year old ones on instagram. |
