I've experienced this a couple times today - Early Morning and now (5 pm game time)

This horse had this message come up due to the Weather with a Spook that did NOT result in a Rating - Several moves later and a normal Spook scenario did result in a Rating

While this horse received the same message but resulted in a Rating

I used 6 horses in this Explore run-through while experiencing the Hurricane Weather Spooks which resulted in 5 of them spooking and rating due to the Weather.

As someone who enjoys the Exploring aspect of the game, and a recent influx of Capture Day horses - having the random Weather Spooks is much harder to catch a brave rating as the interaction is much different. Typically the Nudge/Spur button change and the resulting Spook/No Spook dialogue clue you into whether the horse received a rating or not and to cylce through to the next horse for multiple ratings per thirty minute explore window. The Weather Spook is jarring because it's a sudden change in text with no written context of the spook related rating and requires manual clicking through to the individual horse's page to check for rating display.

On Mobile - this becomes a swiping nightmare to constantly go between pages.

On Bad Weather days, the Explore Rating system becomes chaos.
(Even with WC 100% horses)
