Croft - do you have an average winning ebs amount per level you cull at? I can't imagine how I would keep track of who was making money before they leveled and who wasnt

by the time they are lvl 9 they are solid lol

I see where you’re combining from, Swanky.
There is a trade off though as Croft is noting. You’re spending more on an entry to make more when they place high.

I don’t like showing lvl 9 geldings even if they win… it’s expensive to show them.

1-7 is when they are in the money.
If you toggle your barn view to showing, you'll be able to see who has been earning you money because the date will be green, and who hasn't

Hi all! I breed alpacas in real life, and with over 450 of them, we have to get pretty creative about our names! While we do host naming help on our Facebook page, what better way to also help than to have players on HEE name them!

Below you will find the full list of females we have due this year, along with the sire they are bred to. I will post the new crias in my blood forum, and you can suggest names there, and I will announce the winner(s) here to keep this forum clean.

So far, we are about 2/3 of the way through our birthing season. All of the crias have names currently, but we have plenty more coming! :-)

Here are some of our newest cuties:

Cercus - Born 6/14
Amica - Born 6/15

Once a new one arrives I will add a blog link!

(Mods, please move if this is in the wrong spot!)

Those are very cute! I'm going to move this to rider's lounge and it might get more attention. :)

Would love to know more about this operation! So many babies!
Is there benefit to spacing out the breeding season for so long?
Are all the alpacas owned by the same farm or do you house them for the foaling(insert alpaca equivalent) period? What about the sires?

For naming - do you have registered names for them or are you looking for the short call names?

With the Odyssey and Spiderman movies out now, there are some fun ideas to utilize.

Oh how absolutely adorable 🥹 Are alpacas the ones that spit or does that depend on temperament/personality? Lol
I have always wanted to learn about alpacas and one day own a couple! I'm years away from doing so though. XD
