I'm thinking about reopening my art shop. Right now I'm in tier two, but feel like I've improved loads since opening.

So I have a few questions:

1 - Should I stay in tier 2 or move up to tier 1?

2 - What should I price at?

And the last one,

I want to do some auctions, but they're pretty tedious, especially now. I think I want to offer WIPs in my shop that the buyer marks up to fit their idea. Is there any interest in that?

Move up to tier 1! I love that last piece holy crap, I'm not good at pricing but I'd look at tier 1 art shops and average it out from there :)

This is how I found mine,

If you've done auctions in the past, take those most recent auctions and add up all the ebs you made from them. Then divide by the amount of auctions, and that's your average you make.

Then add a fee of "this is how much my time is actually worth" when doing custom pieces.

i.e

If I did 5 auctions and made 4 million ebs then my base point would be 800k per piece.

You can set that as a price point for free reign pieces and then add + 20% or whatever you decide for custom pieces.

T1! Your art has been worth that for a while in my opinion, you should make the jump if you think you're ready.

You could try Cromwell's idea but if you feel uncomfortable doing that large of a price jump then I think each comm should be 500k minimum.
