When I try to use an apostrophe in my horse's name I get a white screen with the following error, and the name doesn't update: Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='172
Using Safari on an iPhone.
Not sure if this is a bug - assuming it is! |

Also seems to be a problem using it in thread titles, as my apostrophe in the title has been replaced with a ? 😅 |

I think its called Smart Punctuation in your phone settings, tis an iphone thing ^^ Edit: the question mark i think is caused by smart punctuation, I havent heard about anyone getting an error message like that before |

Ooh yes you're right, thank you - I disabled it and am now able to use apostrophes 🎉 Yeah the error message was most alarming! That said, it's not a problem on any other websites so think it still belongs in bugs. Don't particularly want to switch it off as it sounds helpful aha. |
