Help! I have no idea how to send a FR and the gaming guide doesn't say anything |

Go to your stable page, click "Friends" next to your stable avatar, then you can scroll down and paste someone else's stable number in the box to send them a request :) |

Maybe it only works on pc then, because right now I'm on a phone and it's not showing anything |

If you go to another player's page, next to their stable avatar will be "friends" like Gem said. But if you visit it on someone else's page instead of your own, there will be a check box you can click for add friend. |
