or just a tobiano with dots? It's 'breedable' in if you breed for a tobiano you could get one/reroll to get one, but it's not something that you're going to very specifically get

Yes you can (for EBS), as long as you credit any reference you use and credit yourself for the drawing.

I dont think so. No. Only if you got your reference from a photograph, you must credit the artist (photographer).

But if its something you reference from real life, then I think you would be the only person you would have to credit.
