If someone could please explain what the numbers are in horses remarks that many horses have. It will go week 1 then week 2 etc with 6 numbers after. It's obviously a method for tracking results of some sort.

That is how players track their horses training to match them. The week is the amount of training sessions they have had, and the numbers are the amount of bars they had in their different stats that week. Example: This horse(link) would be week 1 333333

That's only for wild caught horses, however. Bred horses start out with 111111, and they won't start gaining bars until week 4. Very strong ones can gain bars at week 3 occasionally, but it's very rare
