How come some players refuse to follow rules set on stallions? I feel like breeding to a horse, you're agreeing to follow the rules to free range a horse under EEE (since most high lb stallions state that)

I'm on the verge of calling out players, because even after a nice dm they refuse, I'd rather buy the foal back then have them not follow my rules, in my eyes, if you don't want to follow my rules, don't breed to my horse.

You can ask/request/offer to buy back, you cannot DEMAND what players do with their horses, if you are that worried about it, block when they dont do as you ask, otherwise thats the risk you take putting your horse up and offering it to the public. If you start calling out players and causing drama about it you will get yourself in trouble. Edited to add that if you message and ask to fr the foal/buy it back and they ignore/refuse and you continue to harass them you will also get in trouble.
