I really don't like having to breed my mares to 'bad' stock for the quests. Really think that it should be 'P or higher' or the rating requirement bumped up to E (and maybe W for the E requirements)

the rating specific quests make me sad. Breed a horse that meets the color requirement but the rating is too high.
